The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued orders in Cause No. 43377 on May 28, 2008 (36 pages) and August 27, 2008 (49 pages). Both documents are posted on the IURC Website, will open in new windows, and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.
