Community Natural Gas Rate Case
The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued orders in Cause No. 43377 on May 28, 2008 (36 pages) and August 27, 2008 (49 pages). Both documents are posted on the IURC Website, will open in new windows, and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. They may require considerable time to download, depending on the user's Internet connection speed.

An Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) news release inviting written consumer comments in this case was issued on February 22.
