Indiana Natural Gas Corp. Rate Case
On October 8, 2008, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued a final order in Cause No. 43434. The order approved a settlement agreement between the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and Indiana Natural Gas Corporation, which provides service in Bartholomew, Brown, Crawford, Dubois, Lawrence, Harrison, and Orange Counties.
