The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) has approved a settlement agreement between the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and the Town of Ogden Dunes in the town's most recent water rate case.

The Commission's order was issued on April 9, 2014.

The town filed its formal request (34 pages) on August 21, 2013. The OUCC filed its report (46 pages) with the Commission on December 11, 2013. Under the approved agreement, the OUCC's rate recommendations will be implemented.





 Quarterly bill for 15,000 gallons




 Monthly equivalent at 5,000 gallons




The OUCC issued a September 23, 2013 news release to invite consumer comments for the case record.
