Princeton Municipal Water Rate Case
The City of Princeton is seeking changes to its municipal water utility's rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43652.
On September 10, the IURC granted the city's motion requesting a 60-day stay of proceedings in this case.
The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony and exhibits in this case on August 14, 2009. A copy of the 150-page document is available in PDF format by clicking here.
An OUCC news release inviting consumer comments was issued on July 20.
