Indiana American Water Co. is seeking changes to its rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43680.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony in this case on October 27, 2009. For additional information, please see the agency's October 28 news release.

A public field hearing was held in Gary on September 15, 2009. The OUCC's consumer fact sheet for the hearing is available by clicking here. A second field hearing was held on October 5 in Muncie, with a third field hearing held on October 26 in Jeffersonville.
