Current sewer rates for Wildwood Shores Utilities Corporation, doing business as Aqua Indiana, Inc., were approved on May 19, 2010. To review the IURC's 37-page order, please click here.
The order approved a settlement agreement between the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and Wildwood Shores, which provides sewage disposal service in Morgan County.
