Wildwood Shores Utilities Corporation, doing business as Aqua Indiana, Inc. is seeking to increase its rates and charges for sewage disposal service in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43699-U. The utility provides service in Morgan County.

A settlement agreement between Aqua Indiana and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is now pending before the Commission.
