North Lawrence Water Authority is seeking changes to its rates and charges, along with authority to issue long-term debt, in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43716.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is reviewing the utility’s proposal and is scheduled to file testimony in this case on February 12, 2010.

Consumers who wish to provide written comments in this case may send them to the OUCC online or via mail, fax or e-mail. Comments should include the consumer’s name, mailing address and a reference to IURC Cause No. 43716.
