The City of Petersburg and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) have reached a settlement agreement in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43757, that would authorize the city's municipal water utility to increase its rates and charges, and issue long-term debt.
