The City of Petersburg is seeking changes to its municipal water utility's rates and charges, along with authority to issue long-term debt, in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43757.
The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is scheduled to file testimony in this case on January 7, 2010.
