Stucker Fork Conservancy District is seeking changes to its water rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 43780.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is scheduled to file its testimony in this case on January 8, 2010.

An OUCC news release inviting written consumer comments in this case was issued on November 13, 2009. Consumers who wish to provide written comments in this case may send them to the OUCC online or via mail, fax or e-mail. Comments should include the consumer’s name, mailing address and a reference to IURC Cause No. 43780.
