E.Com Investigation
On May 13, 2009, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) initiated an investigation of E.Com Technologies, LLC, doing business as FirstMile, in Cause No. 43677.
An IURC public field hearing and OUCC information meeting in this case were held in Westfield on October 20, 2009. An OUCC news release announcing the October 20 events was issued on October 13.
