Citizens Thermal Energy's steam utility service rates and charges were approved on May 11, 2010.

The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission's 30-page order approved a settlement agreement among the utility, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) and the Citizens Industrial Group.

Natural gas rates and charges were not at issue in this case.
