On August 31, 2011, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) issued an order in Cause No. 43975, approving a settlement agreement between Citizens Gas and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC). The agreement will allow the utility a 2.9 percent increase in annual operating revenues. For a copy of the 48-page order, please click here.

An IURC public field hearing in this case was held on May 5, 2011. The OUCC issued an April 21 news release to announce the field hearing and invite consumer comments.
