The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) approved new rates for the Lakeland Lagoon Sewer Corporation on December 5, 2012.

The utility, which provides service in Floyd County, filed its case-in-chief on November 2, 2011.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed its report on June 4, 2012.
