Mishawaka Utilities requested changes to its water rates in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44249. A dismissal order was issued on January 16, 2013. 

Mishawaka's municipal water utility has withdrawn from IURC jurisdiction as allowed by state law.
