St. Joseph Energy Center, LLC is seeking to build, own and operate a 1,345 megawatt natural gas-fired power plant near New Carlisle, Indiana.

An Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) order in this case was issued on February 13, 2013.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testmony supporting the project.
