Grain Belt Express Clean Line Project
Grain Belt Express Clean Line LLC is proposing to build a high voltage, direct current electric transmission line from western Kansas to a substation near Sullivan, Indiana. This request is pending before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) in Cause No. 44264.
Grain Belt Express and the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) have reached a settlement agreement in this case. The company and the OUCC have both filed testimony supporting the agreement.
