American Suburban Utilities, Inc. - which provides sewer utility service in Tippecanoe County - is seeking approval of expenditures for a number of construction projects and the inclusion of the new facilities in its rate base in future cases. This case is pending as Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44272.

The utility filed its petition on November 15, 2012 and  its testimony and exhibits (183 pages) on December 19, 2012.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) filed testimony on March 19, 2013:
