Anderson Municipal Water Rates

The IURC approved Anderson's water rates in March 2015.

The approved settlement agreement between the OUCC and the city:

• Grants the increase requested by the city and previously approved by the Anderson Common Council.
• Implements a number of consumer protections including restrictions on the use of money for depreciation and well/tank maintenance funds.
• Requires the city to complete a full capital improvement plan within 18 months.
