Fort Wayne/Aqua Indiana Transfer Case

The City of Fort Wayne and Aqua Indiana, Inc. have received IURC approval to transfer Aqua Indiana's water utility assets in southwestern Allen County to the City. The Commission issued its order on October 22, 2014, approving a settlement agreement among the City, Aqua Indiana, and the OUCC.
