OUCC Seeks Stay of IPL Rate Case

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), Citizens Action Coalition of Indiana (CAC), and the IPL Industrial Group have filed a motion to stay Indianapolis Power & Light Company's (IPL's) pending rate case.

The motion is pending before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). It asks the IURC to stay the IPL rate case (Cause No. 44576) until the Commission completes its recently opened investigation of IPL's network facilities (Cause No. 44602).
