Duke Energy Coal Combustion Residuals

Duke Energy has received IURC approval of projects designed to comply with the US Environmental Protection Agency's Coal Combustion Residuals Rule, including recovery of the project costs through rates.

The Commission's May 24, 2017 order approved a settlement agreement among all of the case's parties including the OUCC, industrial customers, the Citizens Action Coalition of Indiana, and Duke Energy.
