Effective May 16, 2012, any supervisor who is associated with a trainee will be required to complete a course specific to the supervisory role. The Real Estate Appraiser Licensure and Certification Board recently enacted rules which create this course, and outline the requirements for any appraiser acting as a supervisor. For more detail on this rule change, please click here to review the rule filing in the Indiana Register.
The links below will take you to a summary of the new requirements, as they affect supervising and trainee appraisers. This information is intended as a guide, and not as legal advice.
