At the request of the parties, a hearing on this date to consider a complaint by a landowner against a timber buyer, for a site located in LaPorte County, was continued.  The purpose of the continuance was to allow the parties to execute a settlement agreement.  The hearing has been rescheduled for September 10, 2009 in the event execution of the settlement is not achieved.
