Indiana State Police arrested a Pendleton, Indiana man early this morning for driving while intoxicated, after he crashed his vehicle on I-69.
Trooper Nick Campbell (Redkey District) investigated the single vehicle crash on I-69 at 3:55 a.m. this morning. Bradley S. Brunner, age 35, 233 S. Pendleton Avenue Pendleton, Indiana was northbound on I-69 at the 46 mile-marker in Delaware County, when he crashed into a guard rail. He was not injured in the crash.
Trooper Campbell arrested Brunner for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, with a prior conviction within five years, a class "D" felony. He was also charged with driving while suspended, a class "A' misdemeanor.
Brunner was taken to the Delaware County Jail and held on $5000.00 bond.
