The initial status conference is scheduled to consider a remonstrance against a license issued by the Department of Natural Resources to place a seawall, along Lake of the Woods in Marshall County, under IC 14-26-2 (sometimes referred to as the "Lakes Preservation Act") and 312 IAC 11-1 through 312 IAC 11-5.  Instead of appearing in person, the parties or their attorneys may elect to participate by telephone.
