Concurrent status conferences are scheduled, by telephone, as a consequence of three letters from the Town of Ogden Dunes directed to licenses issued by the Department of Natural Resources to the US Army Corps of Engineers (Chicago District) for the dredging of Portage-Burns Waterway and the placement of dredged materials in Lake Michigan. The licenses are identified as FW-25073 and LM-163. Some or all of the three letters may seek administrative review from the Natural Resources Commission against the issuance of or conditions in the two licenses. Instead of participating by telephone, a party, the attorney for a party, or another interested person may appear in Room N501, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. The starting time is equivalent to 3:00 p.m., EDT, and the ending time is approximate.
