Melodious music will be offered on the lawn overlooking Lake James at Pokagon State Park, July 1.

The Patriotic Pops Concert of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic begins at 7 p.m. This year's concert will be conducted by Bradley Thachuk.   

Participants are encouraged to come early to secure their spot on the lawn. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. A shuttle will run all evening from various parking lots throughout the park to Potawatomi Inn. Limited parking for people with special needs is available near the inn.  

In case of inclement weather, the concert will be moved to the Angola High School Gym.

Park entrance fees of $5 per vehicle for Indiana residents and $7 per vehicle for non-residents will apply.
