ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that Hadley Road south on S.R. 14 will be re-opened by mid-day tomorrow. Prior to re-opening the road, traffic must be switched to the new pavement section of S.R. 14. Following the traffic switch, the construction of a pavement ramp to the north at the intersection will begin at approximately 10 a.m. It will take approximately 2-4 hours to build the ramp. Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area; however, Scott Road and Bass Road will be available to access Hadley Road north. There will also be brief stoppages and Hadley Road north will be inaccessible from time to time. To maintain and direct traffic, Indiana State Police, Fort Wayne Police, and flaggers will be on duty. The road should be open by rush hour in all directions.
