The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS), Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) invites the public to share their comments regarding the amendment of Indiana's Three-Year State Plan for Independent Living. Changes to the state plan will identify unserved and underserved counties in the state, American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding for Centers for Independent Living, and the availability of Part B funds for the Independent Living Services Program statewide.
The public hearing will be held in Indianapolis this year:

Comments must be received by October 9, 2009. Individuals interested in providing feedback should prepare their comments in writing. Anyone unable to attend this public hearing in person is encouraged to E-mail comments to:
