INDIANAPOLIS-The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission has established a field hearing schedule for its pending tree-trimming investigation so that it can hear from Indianapolis residents. State Senator Jean Breaux (D-Indianapolis) is urging those interested in this issue to take the opportunity to voice their comments at a local public meeting scheduled in Indianapolis on September 2.
