4:00 p.m. - Fort Wayne, IN: Lt. Governor Becky Skillman will announce the first round of awards in the state's Tax Credit Assistance Program. In July, Lt. Governor Skillman announced the $164 million program to build low- and moderate-income housing across the state (http://www.in.gov/portal/news_events/40919.htm).Developments will be announced for Greenfield, Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Richmond, Terre Haute, Portland, Fort Wayne, and Kokomo.
