NEWTON COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the southbound I-65 Kankakee Rest Area just north of State Road 10 (S.R. 10) will be closed Nov. 9-13 during water system construction. The northbound I-65 Kankakee Rest Area will remain open.
