INDIANAPOLIS- The governor gave the first State of the State address of his tenure at the Statehouse Tuesday evening. Senate Democratic Leader Tim Lanane (D-Anderson) responded to the speech, pointing out that while he could find common ground with some of the governor's proposals, the speech lacked any of the policy details necessary for creating effective legislation.
