INDIANAPOLIS (April 19, 2007) - To honor victims of this week's tragedy at Virginia Tech, Governor Mitch Daniels is encouraging that bells across the state ring at noon EDT tomorrow.

Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine sent a letter Wednesday to governors across the United States asking them to encourage citizens in their respective states to ring bells in honor of the victims and to show support for those who have lost loved ones in this tragedy.
