INDIANAPOLIS (June 13, 2007) - Governor Mitch Daniels has concluded his review of the case of Michael Lambert and has denied his petition for clemency.

Lambert was sentenced to death in 1992 for the murder of Muncie Police Officer Gregg Winters. Lambert is scheduled to be executed after midnight on June 15 at the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City.
