Welcome to the Email Manager

The office of the Secretary of State is in the process of phasing out paper reminders for annual and biennial business entity reports and is moving to email notifications. You will now receive an email notification reminding you to pay your annual or biennial business entity report.

By maintaining a current email address with the office you ensure that you will receive your business entity report reminders, and keep your business in good standing with the State of Indiana. Failure to pay reports will result in Administrative Dissolution or Revocation.

The Secretary of State will not sell or provide your email address to anyone. Your email address will be maintained by our office for sending email reminders to pay your business entity report.

Active Entities may:

  • Add or Update primary email address
  • Add or Update secondary email address
  • Add or Update telephone number
  • Receive notification of email update

New Entities Formed Online:

If you have formed a new business entity online, your primary email address will be the email address you used when processing your filing. Please do not update your email address within the first 24 hours of your business entity approval.

Instructions:

  • Search for your business entity by its entity name or enter the control number of the business entity.
  • Verify that it is your business entity by looking at the principal address and creation date.
  • Select the correct business entity.
  • Add a primary and/or a secondary email address.
  • Add a contact number (optional)
