If your license renewal date is less than 6 weeks away and you have not received a renewal form, you can request a copy by emailing the clerk assigned to your dealership (if known) or you can email dealers@sos.in.gov. Please include your dealer number and county in your email.

If you are subscribed to notifications on your online dealer account, you will receive reminders about your upcoming license renewal.  These reminders will appear on your Online Dashboard and be sent to you via email.  Attached to these reminders is the renewal application form.  Please review the FAQs on https://secure.in.gov/sos/dealer/4461.htm for instructions on subscribing to notifications.  There, you can also find other helpful information about your online account.

You may apply for renewal either by completing the paper form or completing the Online Renewal process.  Once you have started the renewal process by paper or online, you will be unable to complete it using another method.
