State Employee Training

2017 Mandatory Training

At the beginning of October, Indiana State Personnel (INSPD), in partnership with the Inspector General’s Office and IOT, has launched two mandated trainings: Indiana Resource Use Agreement (IRUA), and Ethics. Preventing Workplace & Sexual Harassment training will also be launched for the agencies who have not completed it for 2017. Employees are now enrolled and must be complete these trainings by close of business November 2, 2017. Contractors are excluded from taking Preventing Sexual Harassment and Ethics training. Our goal is to have the state attain 100% compliance.  Please reach out to your agency’s human resources department or INSPD Training if you have any questions.

BLR Catalog

This year, the State Personnel Department (SPD) decided not to renew the Business and Legal Reports (BLR) online training contract. As of June, 2016 the BLR courses are no longer available in PeopleSoft ELM. However, the completion of courses will remain in the employee’s training history.
