In order to receive the 21st Century Scholarship, Scholars who are in their senior year of high school must affirm by March 10, 2013 that they have kept the Scholars Pledge.

All 21st Century Scholars should attend a Senior Exit Interview or view the online presentation below.

  • This online presentation provides crucial information to 21st Century Scholars in their senior year of high school. It provides information about completing the required affirmation process, preparing for college, applying for financial aid, using the 21st Century Scholars Scholarship and ensuring receipt of a scholarship is not jeopardized.

Online Affirmation Form

21st Century Scholars can submit the required Affirmation Form online HERE. Scholars are strongly encouraged to complete the Senior Exit Interview prior to completing the affirmation.
