Ball State Ag/Hort Building

This is where you would have found top 4-H and Open Class agriculture and horticulture exhibits like the largest watermelon and tallest sunflower. You'd find the Giant Pumpkin contest here, which you wouldn't want to miss, as well as the winners of the wine and beer competitions. Learn how to improve your own garden by viewing the floral exhibits and regular demonstrations. Located in the center of the building was the "Ball State Backyard." The whimsical backyard elements were created by the Ball State University's Department of Landscape Architecture.
