Originally built in 1939, this building is one of the most recently renovated buildings on the Fairgrounds. Renovated in 2004 as part of a $7.5 million facelift to the 4-H Education Complex, this building now features room for meeting space on two different floors. Breakout areas are also available for small group meetings offering more flexibility for your event. Added conveniences to the building include office space, elevator, ADA-accessible restrooms, loading docks, overhead doors and heating and air-conditioning.
