All Permitted Retail Food Establishments are subject to Food Inspections. Inspections are twice a year unless it's a temporary permit; then it's once during the event (e.g. Harvest Homecoming). If an establishment has too many critical or non-critical issues, they are required to have a follow up inspection.
C= Critical (more likely than other violations to significantly contribute to food contamination, illness, or environmental health hazard)
NC= Non-Critical (less likely than other violations to significantly contribute to food contamination, illness, or environmental health hazard)
R=Repeat Violation
