In 2024, the Marion County Judicial Selection Committee (MCJSC) will fulfill its statutory duty to make public recommendations to voters concerning the retention of Marion Superior Court judges. To stand for retention (approval or rejection by Marion County voters) in the 2024 General Election, incumbent judges in retention class A were asked to submit an application to the committee and take part in public interviews. The committee will make recommendations after the interviews. See IC 33-33-49-13.7 for more information.
