How to lock a fillable form

To email a Request for Investigation to the Disciplinary Commission or to submit a complaint against a Judge electronically to the Judicial Qualifications Commission, you may complete a fillable form online, save it, then send it it to the appropriate Commission as an attachment to an email. When you save that form to your computer you should lock the form so your completed text fields entries remain intact.
