E-service 102: Designating your Public Service List contact through the Indiana Courts Portal

Description

Attorneys established as a firm attorney in the Indiana E-filing System appear on the Public Service List. This is important because it ensures that other filers can e-serve them in cases where they have not yet added themselves as e-service contacts in the case. The information on the Public Service List is added automatically from the Roll of Attorneys and is managed by the attorney through the Indiana Courts Portal.

Attorneys who serve as a judicial officer in any capacity are excluded from the Public Service List.

Attorneys are solely responsible for keeping their own Roll of Attorneys contact information accurate. See Ind. Admis. Disc. R. 2(A).
