TAPP Toolkit
The Technical Assistance Planning Program (TAPP) Toolkit is a collection of State and Northwest Indiana Regional plans to be used as a resource for identifying projects which support the endeavors of the State, Regional Agencies, LMCP and partners. Each planning document within the toolkit is grouped into one of seven categories.
