CNA Training Sites Search Page

To view CNA training sites for facilities within a specific city, choose the first letter of the city name on the alphabet bar under the heading City Search. This will take you to a list of all the cities that begin with that letter, and you can select your city of interest there. Once you click on a city, you will be taken to a list of all the facilities within that city. At this point, simply select the facility of interest and you will be taken to the consumer report for that facility.

To begin a search for a training facility in a specific county, please click on the county on the map. This will take you to a list of all the facilities that service that county. You can also choose the first letter of the county name on the alphabet bar under the heading County Search. This will take you to a list of all the counties that begin with that letter, and you can select a county of interest there, and then select a city in that county.

Finally, by clicking on State-wide NAT Sites Directory, you will be taken to the directory of training sites for the entire state.
