Legacy Projects > Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous

The 2015 Rendezvous will represent the 39th annual event. The Rendezvous was a feature presentation at the Library of Congress bicentennial and truly represents a legacy of Indiana history. The event includes over 500 authentic reenactors, 100 merchants, 18 food vendors, children's activities, battle reenactments, entertainment and more. The time period represented by the event is 1732 (founding of Vincennes) to 1816 (statehood) all of the history leading to 1816 can be found at the event.  Approximately 24,000 to 30,000 visitors participate annually.
