Canoefest is a non-profit organization striving to bring appreciation to the sport of canoeing and kayaking as well as knowledge of the sport to better facilitate camaraderie among individuals of all ages. Brrokville Canoefest will provide a venue for the public to better appreciate the natural resources of the community and to become future stewards of the environment.

The Brookville Canoefest will be geared towards family fun as there will be great music, food, canoe painting, talent contests, exhibitors, awards, fireworks and more. This legacy project will also hold the largest canoe and kayak races in the state of Indiana.
