Valley House, located on route 52, where approximately 1,000,000 cars per year travel, transforms a highly visible vacant, blighted block in the heart of downtown Brookville into a hub of bustling activity by adaptively reusing the vacant Valley House Hotel. Built 9 years before the start of the Civil War, this historic treasure will be reborn with cutting edge innovations. Valley House will include a shared living residence for seniors, a restaurant, a primary health care facility, onsite senior center and pharmacy.
